TCPalm: Brightline takes no responsibility for deaths on their tracks

Although Brightline claims that safety is their "top priority," Positive Train Control has yet to be installed and they continue to score an average of one fatality a month, just along the short route they have in service.

Of course, they take no responsibility because most of the deaths have been ruled suicides or people who dared to try to beat their trains.

Thus, their refusal to run their tracks through less-populated areas has already provided the predicted disastrous results.
