TCPalm: Brightline train strikes, kills man in Boynton Beach

Boynton Beach police are investigating after a man was struck and killed by a Brightline train Wednesday evening.

Police said a northbound train struck a man on the tracks about 6:30 p.m. between East Gateway Boulevard and Miner Road.

Wednesday's fatality is the sixth since the high-speed Brightline service between Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach began earlier this year. It is the fourth death to have occurred in Boynton Beach…
