The Palm Beach Post: All Aboard Florida must hand over financial documents quickly in suit challenging bonds

All Aboard Florida will be required to hand over its financial documents on an expedited schedule as part of a federal lawsuit filed by Martin and Indian River counties to block the private rail project.

 A federal judge ruled this week in favor of the counties’ request for “expedited discovery” in the case. The decision means that All Aboard Florida will be required to more quickly hand over financial documents and other items sought by the county as part of the lawsuit.
