The Palm Beach Post: All Aboard Florida work to close WPB intersection

Part of Third Street in downtown West Palm Beach will be closed next week as All Aboard Florida works to upgrade train tracks near Quadrille Boulevard as part of its planned express passenger rail service between Miami and Orlando.
The intersection of Third Street and Quadrille Boulevard will be closed from 10 p.m. Sunday until 5 a.m. Wednesday, in order for crews to work on sections of the Florida East Coast railway tracks.
Crews from the locally-owned company Gonzalez & Sons will be installing a new railroad track panel and about 120 feet of new track parallel to the existing track, All Aboard said in a news release announcing the work.
