All Aboard Florida environmental report outdated, new one is needed, Treasure Coast says

Treasure Coast officials on Tuesday said a 2015 federal environmental report, which found few problems with All Aboard Florida's passenger-rail project, is outdated.
Martin and Indian River counties and the citizen group CARE FL in a letter called on the U.S. Department of Transportation to mandate a supplemental environmental report, a requirement that could slow down All Aboard Florida should the company decide to pursue a federal loan.
Ruth Holmes, senior assistant Martin County attorney, in the letter said the 2015 report "has grown stale and there have been a number of new circumstances that warrant DOT’s careful reconsideration."
The counties and CARE FL have been vocal opponents of the Miami-to-Orlando railroad and have filed several lawsuits in an attempt to block it…
