Martin Health System letter to FECR

Mark Robitaille, President and CEO of Martin Health System, wrote a letter to Donald Robinson, President and COO of Florida East Coast Industries, outlining his concerns about the negative impact the proposed All Aboard Florida rail project will have on emergency response times.
