CARE FL Letter to Secretary Rogoff Re: AAF Provisional Bond Allocation Approval Letter

CARE FL today sent a letter to Peter Rogoff, U.S. Department of Transportation Under Secretary for Policy, urging him to look at Dr. John Friedman’s economic analysis of All Aboard Florida and to carefully consider AAF’s provisional Private Activity Bond(PAB) approval.
