Sun Sentinel – Letters to the Editor: All Aboard Florida doesn’t quite add up

Something smells about All Aboard Florida. The simple facts: Rick Scott turns down $2 billion in federal money for high speed rail. Along comes All Aboard Florida with private money to build the thing. Scott says Florida taxpayers will not fund it. He then gives approval for a new rail station and people mover for Orlando’s airport for the northernmost stop. How sweet. Now, All Aboard Florida wants a $1.5 billon dollar loan from the federal government because they don’t have enough funding. What is going on here?
