The Palm Beach Post: All Aboard Florida foe K.C. Ingram Traylor considers GOP congressional bid
Posted on May 18, 2015
K.C. Ingram Traylor, a leading opponent of the All Aboard Florida train, is considering a Republican bid for the U.S. House seat that Democratic Rep. Patrick Murphy is giving up to run for Senate.
Traylor supported Murphy last year andappeared in a TV ad for him when he faced Republican challenger Carl Domino.
Read more about Traylor’s potential bid and how she’d explain that ad to Republican primary voters in this week’s Politics column.
Three Republicans are already running in Murphy’s District 18– Domino again, St. Lucie County Commissioner Tod Mowery and Martin County School Board member Rebecca Negron, the wife of state Sen. Joe Negron.
Traylor and Rebecca Negron sat next to each other at breakfast Saturday at the Republican Party of Florida quarterly meeting in Orlando.
